Welcome to the website of Go Play Outside: Southern Arizona (We, Our, Us, The Program). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your registration for any of our youth outdoor programs, including running, hiking, and camping activities. By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Website Purpose

This website exists solely to:

  • Provide information about our youth programs

  • Allow parents or legal guardians to register minors for programming

  • Process payments for program participation

  • We do not provide social networking features, user‑generated content, or unrelated commercial services.

Eligibility

Because our programs are designed for minors:

  • All registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian

  • By registering a minor, you confirm that you have legal authority to do so

  • Adults may use the website for informational purposes, but minors should not submit personal information themselves

Program Participation Requirements

Our programs involve physical outdoor activities, including running, hiking, and camping. By registering a minor, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Outdoor activities carry inherent risks

  • You have reviewed the program description and assessed your child’s readiness

  • You will disclose any relevant medical, behavioral, or safety considerations during registration

  • You will ensure your child arrives with appropriate gear, hydration, and clothing

  • We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program if safety concerns arise.

Registration & Payments

When registering a minor:

  • You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete

  • You agree to pay the listed program fee

  • You understand that registration is not complete until payment is processed

  • All payments must be made through the secure methods provided on the website.

Refunds & Cancellations

All cancellations and refund requests are governed by our posted Refund Policy. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to that policy, including:

  • The 30‑day cancellation window

  • No refunds for weather‑related cancellations

  • No refunds within 30 days of the program start date

  • Case‑by‑case consideration for future‑season credit

Outdoor Environment Limitations

Our programs take place on public lands, parks, and established campsites. Because we do not control these environments:

  • Conditions may vary

  • Accessibility features may differ by location

  • Weather may impact programming

  • Terrain may include uneven surfaces, elevation changes, or natural obstacles

  • We will provide as much detail as possible about each location so families can make informed decisions.

Safety & Supervision

We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment. However:

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically and emotionally prepared

  • Participants must follow staff instructions at all times

  • Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the program without refund

Medical & Emergency Procedures

By registering a minor, you consent to:

  • Basic first aid being administered if needed

  • Emergency services being contacted in the event of a serious incident

  • You being notified as soon as reasonably possible

  • You are responsible for ensuring emergency contact information is accurate and up to date.

 

​Intellectual Property

All website content—including program descriptions, images, graphics, and branding—is the property of Go Play Outside: Southern Arizona Run Club unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with website functionality

  • Submit false or misleading information

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go Play Outside: Southern Arizona organization, staff, programs and associates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your child’s participation in our programs
