Go Play Outside: Southern Arizona Refund Policy

Run Club Refund Policy:

At Go Play Outside: Southern Arizona Run Club, we strive to provide a high‑quality, consistent, and enjoyable experience for all participants. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested, the timeframe for doing so, and how we handle cancellations or changes in participation. The details below reflect our specific policies for the Run Club program.

Program Dates
The dates of each Run Club season are firm.
There are no reschedules, no date changes, and no make‑up sessions.

Weather / Rain Policy
All sessions will proceed rain or shine, unless conditions present a safety concern.
If a session must be canceled due to weather or other environmental factors, no refunds will be issued. Weather‑related cancellations are considered an inherent risk of outdoor programming.

Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds
A full refund is available only if a cancellation request is submitted at least 30 days before the start date of the Run Club program.

No Refunds Within 30 Days
Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund.

However, if you are unable to participate and fall within this non‑refundable window, we will consider requests to allocate your payment to a future season. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

Non‑Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

Weather‑related cancellations

Missed sessions for any reason

Scheduling conflicts

Changes in personal circumstances

Requests made within 30 days of the program start date (unless considered for future credit as noted above)

How to Request a Refund or Credit
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing via email to GoPlayOutsideSouthernAZ@gmail.com 
Requests will be reviewed in accordance with the policy above.
