All items purchased through this website are pickup only. We do not offer standard shipping, mail delivery, or third‑party courier services.

Program‑Based Distribution

Items will be distributed directly to registered program participants during the applicable program season. Pickup details—including dates, times, and locations—will be communicated in advance as part of program logistics.

Shipping is not available for any items under any circumstances. Please ensure you are able to receive items during scheduled program sessions before completing your purchase.

Local Pickup Requests

We understand that unique situations may arise. While shipping is not offered, we will consider special requests for alternative pickup arrangements within the following areas:

• Southeast Tucson

• Rita Ranch

• Vail

• Corona de Tucson

Approval of special pickup accommodations is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis based on staff availability and program schedules.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to:

• Attend the designated pickup session(s)

• Ensure accurate contact information is provided at checkout
